DAY 6: PERSONAL CARE

​Do something for yourself that you’ve been putting off. Maybe it’s whitening your teeth, or painting your nails a crazy color (What’s the risk? No one will see!). Guys, maybe today’s the day to try a seaweed facemask or a bath bomb. Pamper yourself in a way that you wouldn’t normally, or maybe you only do once a year.

So get your crests ready and those pearly whites selfie-ready. While you’re at it why not read 10 pages from a book or do 15 squats. Talk about hitting two birds with one stone!
