Lisa is responsible for Kendrick's comprehensive agent training program that builds skills to guarantee more sold homes and greater client satisfaction. Lisa also runs Kendrick's agent coaching and mentorship program for the Northern California brokerage. 

Lisa brings more than a decade of experience in training, coaching, and performance improvement. Previously she practiced in the clinical field, creating treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities to acquire skills others never thought they would achieve. Lisa also trained and supervised therapists to implement these technical plans with integrity. 

Lisa still keeps one foot in the clinical world, teaching evening Master-level courses in Behavior Analysis. When she isn't working, Lisa enjoys all things outdoors, and recently placed third in her first Ultra Marathon.
