DAY 36: BE THE SUNSHINE

​Many of us are under a great deal of stress brought about by the current situation, and having spent most of your time at home with the same people, we’re sure your moods have swung here and there, and tempers have gone way up than usual. Have you thought about doing something nice for them? How about for your other friends and family? When days are this gloomy, it’s difficult to find warmth and joy. And some days, you just have to create your own sunshine!

Today, let’s think of a way to brighten up someone’s day. It can be as simple as calling 10 contacts on your phone, sending a funny GIF thru any chat apps to random friends, creating an ‘I appreciate you’ card and sending them thru email, helping your sister brush and tidy up her hair or posting a ‘thank you’ note on Facebook and tagging all the Frontliners you know!

Don't limit yourself. It can be anything and directed to anyone. Just make sure it will bring a smile to their faces. Try to do it to as many people as you can and for sure, you’ll find yourself having more reasons to smile today, too.
