It is very important that you take care of yourself and make sure you give enough attention to your physical needs. Yesterday, we talked about starting a routine and it would also be nice to include a personal care routine that you can do daily or weekly.
If you have been thinking about following a skin routine, well, we are no skin experts, but we do listen to them when they say that there is a correct order and timing to make it effective. There are serums and creams to use best for either day or night, just make sure your skin ain’t too sensitive to try different products.
Also, it has been weeks since we’ve challenged you to do some ‘me’ time and pamper yourself so by now, you may want to use a new nail polish or you may want to try on another type of facial mask. A haircut would be great too, as long as you know how to do it yourself or you’re lucky enough to live with someone who has the skills to give it a go.
Whatever you decide on trying today, the aim is to take good care of yourself because no one else knows your body better than you.
